Personally, I wouldn't risk vapor blasting a completed engine.

I have done a few engines (Friend's shop has one that he lets me use for a small fee when he's not using it for clients), and vapor blasting works great! But it gets everywhere. And the glass beads/slurry will get into places you can't even imagine...if some got into the breather port, or intake/exhaust ports...you'd have to do a tear down to make sure it didn't get into the cylinders, etc. And you may not even know it got in there. :(

I would totally do a disassembled engine though, so you can be sure to get it cleaned up before reassembly.

I guess I will just repaint it not sure how anything would get into the motor if you properly seal all possible inlets and not concentrate on them spots when blasting I’m more concerned about getting the fins cleaned the rest I could deal with But you all know best thanks

Believe them when they say the beads will get every where, even if you think you have everything plugged off tight. If you can't disassemble then just paint the best you can. For the past 5 years I have been using Stainless Steel shot, in cut wire and conditioned wire. Gets rid of the dust from a dry bead process and don't have to deal with the slurry.
