Hydraulic Clutch Conversion - Any Interest?

Foot clutch is easy with mechanical linkage.... Mine is all hidden under the cover, out of site, out of mind, drive the womerns crazy!

What is the point in the hydraulic clutch?

Much easier pull. I learned stick on a 69 camaro with a clutch from hell. The first time I drove a car with a hydraulic clutch it went it so easy I thought it was broken. I was so used to fighting the clutch and this one was so easy I kept stalling the car.

I like the feel of a stock clutch, but I would like the hydraulic better. Of course, for some reason, my clutch is actually pretty damn easy to pull. Would it lessen the adjustment cycle?

I am in TOO
Been playing with one to make a foot clutch setup but just don't have the time to finish it up. Bike builds up the ass right now. So if you make one i would be interested and i can make the foot clutch up with master cylinder. Hugh seem like you got your shit together and i am making up Jockey shift set up just in cover and going to sell just the cover have you ever tried this. My other one that i make up works fine i just want to make it look cleaner. Any info guys would help.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and looking forward for the kit to be out

Kind of hard to see, but all the foot clutch stuff is under the cover, but not hooked to the foot lever in this pic. I like my stuff clean and hidden. This one is all mechanical of course, and to get the right feel, I have 3 different pivots working under there...

Yeah thats like how i do mine but i think there is enough room in cover to drill hple in cover and make a pivot so when you take off cover all is one piece. I am working on one now and i will shoot you some picturs. I am anal too like things clean and hidden and have rode one of my bikes with jockey for three years and sold bike now i want to build a drop seat with foot clutch.

I have fantasized about that for down the road, so... yes, I'd be very inclined.

Punks, my I ask a couple of questions?

- The reading I have done here and at the Garage suggests that this mod can mitigate some of the annoyances that we suffer with from expansion rate of the case versus the actuator parts because there is some "built-in adjustability" in a hydro clutch. Is this your finding as well?

- I take it that buying a kit will still necessitate at least some mods of the side cover on our part. Will there be any sort of template for centering? I do okay with bolt-on stuff, generally, but I can still screw up a wet dream without much effort at all.

Thanks!
