Hey Steve Here from Monstercraftsman we are ramping back up full swing. I want to apologize to anyone who has tried reaching out. Jons all over the place with 3 business to run. Ill be take all questions and concerns. Via email or text.

Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news here or unnecessarily drag a “vendor” but they’ve not been helpful or forthright.

Politely requested a refund given the timeline and total lack of communication, and Jon asked for a 20% “restocking” fee for a part that hasn’t been shipped, and presumably hasn’t even been fabricated yet. No mention of this policy on their website anywhere. Very arbitrary. Now they’re not returning my emails.

Looks like my next call is to Chase Bank.

bummer...:cussing:

No communication from a business that takes your money is a fatal error as far as I’m concerned. I could accept a delay as long as I’m contacted with a reasonable excuse. For example, I once ordered a new pair of riding boots, a new Tourmaster design, before they could ship, the entire first run was lost in a warehouse fire, and it would be months before production could catch back up. The business contacted me, explained the whole thing, gave me the option of a refund or wait. I waited, and wasn’t upset. But to take your money and not provide the product or an explanation and then charge you for not holding up their end! Inexcusable.
