front rotor upgrade WITH correct offset.

I know there’s a long list of performance rotor upgrades that have the right diameter and center hole width but is there one that also has the right offset out of the box? I’m wanting to find one that works with brembo 4 pot caliper and adapter kit from pandemonium. Their kit has been designed to be used with the stock rotor. I have alloys (mags) on ‘81 SH.
Been searching the forums. Lots of info but can’t find one that talks about the right offset as well.

Call or email ISR in Sweden. They make rotors to order. Not cheap, but if ISR brakes were good enough for Eddie Lawson, they most likely are good enough for any old XS. See pic of my setup. I made my own caliper adapter bracket.

You gotta watch that the rotor doesn't get so far out that it hits the stanchion. anything beyond 7mm needs a "Z" shaped spacer, like you say get far enough out and the rotor no longer touches the centering shoulder on the hub. It gets a bit tricky cuz the connecting web is quite thin but it's mostly a simple lathe project. Something about your bracket and caliper assembly pic looks a little odd? Often the adapter sits outside of both fork and caliper like arctics pic.

My 320 mm OD disc is 5 mm thick, and has 23 mm offset (measured from mounting surface to outside braking surface) That leaves about 2 mm clearance between floater buttons and fork slider, and 1-2 mm clearance between the Brembo caliper and spokes.
Aftermarket caliper adapters are often Z shaped as well, i.e. the bracket goes behind the fork lugs, like a stock caliper, then comes out, and the caliper mounts behind the bracket. The bracket is threaded for the bolts at the fork lugs, so no nuts are required.
Making something like this generally requires (CNC) milling, so I went for a simpler, flat bracket, using only drill press, hand files and a Dremel. I also ended up spot facing the bracket 2 mm deep where it contacts the caliper. I used 12 mm 6082, so it is still plenty strong.

Does their kit uses the stock disc? my only experience with Brembo is using a Ducati disc, but if you know the thickness of the spacer Pandemonium supply you just add that to the offset measurement of the disk, I used to use a local disc supplier’s website where you could look up discs by diameter, hole size, offset etc, they no longer have that function on the website unfortunately, I’m sure others do though, when I was looking there wasn’t anything with that much offset so I had to use a 10mm spacer with a 320mm Ducati Monster disc, they are also used on a heap of other bikes, so commonly available, ISR sounds like a good option if you can work out the measurements.

Sorry Arctic I didn't make it clear, it's @suntrakr pics (from a different thread he's got three up on this subject) that look "unusual"
Looking for advice for brake upgrade.

What holds the bolts to the bracket? Try it with the bracket on the outside of the stachion tabs?
 
ok I don't think the Brembo calliper and MikesXS disc are compatible. I'm going back to the stock disc and it's definitely much closer. Still a bit of tweaking to be done but I'll modify the calliper first as per Pandemonium instructions and check fit. I'd rather have the Brembo on it than MikesXS disc. Once have the Brembo working, I'll look at potential disc options. Sigh. Live and learn!
