Sealing Tank Fill Neck

Does anyone know off hand the link to the thread where someone showed how to seal the filler neck where it meets the tank, after new paint has been applied?

Great Information.

There was also a thread about epoxy or something around the filler neck Right where the neck meets the tank.

I cannot find that thread either.

Please help if anyone remembers it.
