Starting on the little interesting parts now, I’m fitting a pair of Mikuni VM carbs, so had make a pair of inlet manifolds, I just need to deburr and polish them then drill a tapped hole to fit a small tube for balancing.

I like that split backbone, you could actually have a two into one manifold for a single carb that would actually work, with equal length intake runners, ala Triumph Tiger.
I think it looks like those tapered K&N's are touching lightly on the outside.
Maybe a pair of velocity stacks between carbs and filters could have prevented that? If there is/ will be room for that, of course.
Super clean frame, engine, everything....

This bike is just amazing to look at. I’ve only ever seen Triumph engines in these frames. Was this frame built specifically for the Yamaha motor or did you adapt it? By the way I had a look around Swansea , your home, on the Internet, absolutely beautiful place to live! I hope you will soon be posting some photographs of you , out and about on that beautiful bike of yours, with your lovely countryside for the backdrop!
