like I said, WOW!, I didn't know they could ever look that good again, Im curious Old SkoolCarbs, are those bodys painted, or just soda blasted, I just purchased a ultra sonic cleaning tank large enuf to fit a head, and maybe a case if I do it in two halfs at a time,, mostly bought it for carbs, I also have to blasting cabinets and plan to use "soda" in the smaller one, but still I have never seen such clean work, great work there man.

well im sold, I have been thinking of converting one of my cabinets to vapor blaster, soda blasting has worked well for me so far, and I just ordered the ultrasonic cleaner to try and improve the appearance of the carbs when done(besides the internal cleaning) but the vapor leaves them looking better than new, Im curious OldSkoolcarbs … what source do you use for replacement diaphragms, I tried using my girlfriends and it didn't work :lmao: knuck knuck! but seriously, Im doing four carbs from a honda magna right now, and my personal carbs for mx xs650/750 need diaphragms too , do you sell the diaphragms direct or is this where I go

side note, on the ultra sonic cleaner I bought, after LOTS of research I found that the problem most people have it that they buy a cleaner with unuf size for carbs to fit in the tank, BUT the small tanks have very little power, (mostly to make them inexpensive) they usually have only on piso..pitto.. pizza.. ah fuck oh yeah Piezoelectric Cleaning Transducer and are also not very high in wattage, if you buy a larger unit you will end up with more of both, and a little trick the more water/solvent you have in the tank the more wattage you need (to a point then it kinda levels out) but when you get a larger system with higher wattage you can make it even more powerful by only putting in as much water as needed to cover the parts, essentially making it more poweerfull by reducing the ratio of water to watts, NOW I haven't recived my system yet but I have been warned to test test and retest these theroys because you can eat a carb to pieces with to much power, and there is also a diference in frequency (Hertz or HURTS) hehe and it is for major or minor particulates , the 40hz makes smaller bubbles so I went with that range, as I want to be able to clean very small passages, but there are transducers that make 20 hz for more robust cleaning of things like rust, some machines even have dual freek wen see... just some more trivia for those interested and for those interested check this guys video of converting a machine, and watch till the end he is funny
