I'm not sure which circlip you need but try an internet search using the OEM parts #
such as 9344025020 https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Yamaha...-25-Special-Part-No-93440-25020-/251098998721
Edit: wrong part # that one you want may be hard to find
is there a Yamaha dealer you can contact near you
They can search around to other dealers and maybe / just maybe one of them will have one?

Is tht the one that goes on the crank bearing. It only uses one even though it looks like like it can use two. Or is ir from on the starter gears/
