Ok, first decided which slave cylinder to use. Chose the Honda CBR1000 and same clutch push rod. Machined the slave cyl so the outer diameter was smooth. Using a milling machine, milled the hole for the slave cyl to fit into. Using a linisher, ground the surface that meets the side cover as that area has a small curve. Fitted the slave cyl and marked then drilled and tapped 8mm SHCS. Fitted a universal hydraulic clutch lever to handle bars and purchased a hydraulic hose with banjo bolts both ends 1250mm long. Had to take 45mm out of the push rod
