Not an XS, but still a Yamaha. Saw this over on ADVRider.com. Gets my juices flowing.
Nice, I do like that style, would love to do that to one of my XS's but Ive got the same 'problem' as inxs - my legs are too long at 6'2" , it'd be a killer to my joints , besides I sometimes think I look a bit too big for a standard XS !

I wonder what that filler cap or knob lookin' thing is that is on the frame between tank and steering head.

My bet is that the "knob lookin' thing" is an oil filler cap.

Yea! I feel all the big guys' pain as well. I'm 6'5" myself. Anyone ever see that episode of Motorcycle Mainia where Jesse James built Shaq a special frame chopper to fit his 7' plus frame? That's what I'd like to do someday.

Hi All,
Seems it has stopped raining for a couple of days so here is a couple of my xs's. I finally got the newer one fixed up so think I'll chop the older one.
Hold your fire. Just kidding. The xs1b is in pretty good original shape, less than 10,000 miles. This special is too good to chop. It has K&N, 34mm, and Mikes megaphones.
I am working on an '74 cafe 750. I would like to rephase but waffling on the expence.
I will plug along and see what turns out.

Those are stock triple trees with handmade urethane bushings and aftermarket(ebay) 1/2" risers
