Just drill them out, i just did it like that because put vm22/140 pilots to place of vm22/210 (140= m5x0.75mm and 210 is m5x0.8mm). But you got to know what you are doing and steady hand... :thumbsup:

Front fork is from harley and its lowered, there is still 3" travel left. Tank is from honda cl125. Old swingarm was from yamaha thunderace and wheel are kawasaki.

you can swap zxr fork like any other fork, by swapping or making new axle! Fork tube diameters are 50/54mm in zxr400, so its impossible to fit in xs yokes...

I sold that fork to tracker project (and i live nearby santa), it was with xs bearings and xs stem pressed in! Just buy some fork that you like and swap stem tube and it fit to your bike.

Not enough power to do power wheelies ! :D My duc monster changes my personality when riding (i think i loose drivers licence soon), xs never going to be that fun ever in that way and i dont need second hooligan bike!
