    Rear Shock Mount Clean up

Hi guys, just in regards with cutting the rear loop off the frame.......(as above pic) Do you need to add a brace between the 2 top shock mounts to eliminate any flex? or is it fine just to cut the loop out and leave it be? Cheers, Steve

    What is this?

Hi all, I'm changing out the instruments on my 79 special. I'm not sure what this is or if it is needed?, it mounts into the speedo base and plugs into the main harness. Just need to know what it does and if it needs to remain connected? Thanks in advance, Steve

750 big bore kit & cam

Thanks for the info on the engine build up too guys, any and all information has and will be taken on board. I'm not one for wasting money or tearing into the engine every 12 months to rebuild, so some sort of reliability would still be nice.

750 big bore kit & cam

Yeah the stock brakes do leave a little to be desired, haven't gone the twin disc conversion but have replaced the disc with the floating type from Mikes and braided lines front & rear also. Just that alone has made a remarkable difference, not to mention weight loss.......The std disc weighed...

    Let's See The XS's

Not sure where it came from, it was supplied with the bike when I bought it but just not fitted. Quality is quite nice. If it is the Thailand one, there's no markings to tell. Fiberglass base so it's nice and light, and nice covering. Modified one of the original hinge points and fabricated a...
