I will give them a try, as last set of so called xs2 piston rings were not xs2 they wouldn't go anywhere near my pistons they were way to small. Oh well the chance you pay for cheap after market. parts

just put a brand new wiring loom on the tx but for some reason im having problems. first with key switched off my brake lights work and my clock lights stay on, unless you put the kill switch to off,six bloody times ive tried wiring it up and everytime the same problems:zzz: cheers all

hi has anyone got any photos of a 73 tx650 tank without the badges on,ive just took my tank to bare steel and need to see were the mounting screws go for the badges,as the tank had loads of filler and what looks like some form of resin on it,any help appreciated as im hoping toget it powder...

well the tx decided to give me another headache, now it wont even run,it coughs through the carbs etc but not fire,ive even put the carbs on the wifes xs2 chop and it fired up first kick,so carbs are fine. i did a compression test and was getting 124 right pot and a measly 90 in left. now...

well now im down to the brakes on my 73 tx650 renovation,what ive found is the front brake pistons are locked solid,ive tried soaking them in penetrating fluid etc and tried using my compressor to no joy. hell ive even took it to local car garage and they cant shift them,is there another way or...

hi can anyone tell me the true length of the spacer that sits on the spring on a 73 tx650 forks,the ones in my forks seem a little short as theres no resistance when putting the cap nuts back on. i have bought new replacement tubes as the bike had 4" overs on it when i bought it, i did search...
