Could use help finding dual sport tires.

Thanks! It's a rolling work in progress. I've grown fond of the center stand even though it kills ground clearance. It's so nice to have for quick maintenance.

Go with the Vee Rubber. I suppose you can get the 90/100/19 up front to match. The pattern isn't too meaty and won't totally eat up the tread on normal roads like the more aggressive dual sports. For the price, they are hardly a heavy investment if you don't like how they ride. Vee...

Could use help finding dual sport tires.

Yup, they look good but no option for a 16" rear wheel.

Could use help finding dual sport tires.

This is what I used in the rear. I looked up some reviews on the adventure touring site and people seem to like them. Good bang for the buck and really low price. I've put a couple hundred miles on mine and I have no complaints. I regularly ride through round-abouts at a brisk speed and these...

New regulator, headlight indicator stays on.

Yeah, it's not in either. I'm sure the wiring is still there somewhere but maybe the tach was swapped out and a PO decided not to get the correct one.

New regulator, headlight indicator stays on.

Thanks again, I may look up pamcopete's charge system light. I liked having those on my old MGs. I do not have a neutral switch light. It is not on any of my gauges. I'll have to look around for any remnants of wiring. I hate when POs mess with wiring...

New regulator, headlight indicator stays on.

Thanks Leo. Just removing all together seems like a better solution. I wanted to add in an "ignition light" of sorts to let me know then the key is in the on position, but turns off when the bike starts. I have a wiring diagram for a '78 but I do not know what I would have to splice into to...

New regulator, headlight indicator stays on.

I got .3 ohms on high and .2 ohms on low from my meter. I'm not sure what to think. It is an aftermarket light and the 3 prongs are orientated different that yours but that shouldn't matter. High beam is top, low/right, left ground. Mine is a '78 but I haven't notice a resistor in place, or...

New regulator, headlight indicator stays on.

Thanks Leo, I'll check the resistance and see what I get. RLU seems like an odd feature to me. If my headlight is blow wouldn't it just not work. It definitely works now. Does the RLU measure some sort of power output (I don't know what unit it measures) from the light and if it isn't the right...
