for my pma : on the inside my flywheel there is a thin layer of sheetmetal can i take that out? on 1 point its slightly touching the stator. or does it take any affects on the magnetic field ?

a question about the reg/rec; im doing a pma conversion on my xs now idd like to know does the reg/rec need to be on power all the time ? like in the schematic below or can there be a switch between the red wire from the rec/reg to the battery? the capacitator is a battery btw.

if i convert my xs650 to pma i use the stator bracket and flywheel from a banshee but can i also use the stator from the banshee?

on the pic where the red line is should be a 90 degrees bent so bent it back to a 90 degrees and it should be ok.

i think its from a off road bike and honda uses the same chaintensioners.

i would look up how much current the starter switch you got there can have . i think if you use it as a starter button it can melt.
