Just wondering what the benefit of this new adapter is? I have yet to do my install. But if it is more reliable, maybe ill drop an order for the new adapter as well.

How is the battery? Check if it is charging at like 2-3K Iv'e had this happen now a few times. I can get the bike running by kicking it and if i am on throttle it will keep running. But if i stop it dies. if i clutch in too long it dies. If the battery isn't properly charged to begin with...

So I am looking for a spare seat pan for my 75 xs650 so i can have another seat done without losing ride time. It is the one that flips open with the key so i believe that is a standard seat. whatcha got?

had the same issue. sucked some crap into the carb after the bike hadn't been run for a year. clean the carbs. problem solved.
