I have a Bell 500. It's been pretty good except one of the snaps on the helmet broke off. I used to use a clear face visor, not now, the noise it makes is pretty annoying. Fit is good though and i guess be careful when you take off a visor.

Funny thing, I put my original banjo bolts on and one broke with not a lot of torquing. Order a pair off eBay that came in today. They went on just fine so everything is good there.

Actually, is just found my old ones. I've switched cylinder heads on my bike and had left them in the old one. Good place for them until I forgot.

On the top motor mount are there some plastic washers that go there? I put those metal pieces in place and ran the bolts through them but it seems like there should be some kind of washers/spacers that still need to go in there. Actually, is there any place that has pictures that shows how...

I'm missing the carb holder bolts and on MikesXS there is $14 shipping for the $3 bolts there. I was wondering if there was number or something that I could go to the hardware store and tell them so I won't be stuck with getting them from Mike's.

I've replaced the cylinder head with a numbers matching cover and did the torque tightening in the order that is in the knuckbusters manual. There are two bolts in the middle of the head that are not used to hold the cover to the head. Is there a torque spec for these?

That great news, thought I may have lost some pieces. So when you'll say O-ring is it a piece that goes on the back side of the back plate? I do have gaskets to put there but I'm not entirely clear on the O-ring.

actually when i got rid of the gold seal got some irc gs11 aw. it really sticks in the rain, plus got it off some tire site. i was gonna get a tire that had more of a traditional vintage pattern but i figured this would be good for riding on wet roads.
