Yeah 24. Hard to believe it’s been 8 years since I bought that bike. Plenty of good memories with it though

Been gone awhile but still got the ol bike, looks a little different now, older pic here but just went through it all again, few changes, just finished up new wiring to get rid of some of the old mess. Also ended up picking up a new Yamaha bolt a couple years back now, nice bike. Got an email...

Based on other parts in the boxes I believe the cranks are from 75, tried to find how to tell if they are early or late but couldn't find anything.

Did you paint that frame yourself? If so what did you use? Getting ready to do mine soon, like how yours came out.

Whats the first thing you did for your build?

Figured out the look I wanted to go for, what style tank, seat, fender etc. Welded up the hardtail and went from there figuring out where and how to mount everything. Once you figure out the look you want, its easier to find out where everything is going to fit, and get inspiration from other...

Bike lift What is a good brand / model? Looking to buy

Looks good, I don't have a compressor right now, so an air lift was out for me. Are those side extensions removable? Looks wide with the bike on it

Bike lift What is a good brand / model? Looking to buy

Just bought the harbor freight lift, its very solid and well built. You can also use a 20% coupon with the other coupon that jidizon posted. It's not an air lift though, and I would get rid of the stock wheel chock and put a better on there.

Mounted mine the same way, just made a L shaped bracket that bolts to engine mount bolt in the frame.

    NY Bobber Build

Thanks, feels good to look back on the old pictures and see what the bike used to look like. Don't see myself selling this one anytime soon, always looking for another bike to make a project out of, all the ones I've been finding are too nice and I wouldn't want to cut them up.
