    What's with Ardcore Choppers?

I called this morning about ordering a seat and Jon answered the phone personally on the second ring. I've always had good luck getting ahold of him. It did take a long time to get my ardtail but it was worth the wait. Try calling again today, I know he's there.

Ardcore hardtail rear motor mount bracket info needed..

I just checked my bracket and its the same dimensions as yours. I haven't had time to install the hardtail yet, so I can't say if its correct or not. I received my order about 3 weeks ago, same timeframe as you?

    What's with Ardcore Choppers?

Well I got my hardtail the other day that I waited 13 weeks for and it was worth the wait. The build quality is excellent. If you dont mind waiting for it the ardtail is an excellent choice. Now that I waited 13 weeks to get it, it'll probably take me even longer to find the time to install...

    What's with Ardcore Choppers?

Got my shipping tracking number Monday for my ardtail, 13 weeks. I'm not in a big hurry so as long as the quality is top notch I'm not to worried. I can understand people being upset with there turn around times, but I knew it would take longer than quoted. Still they should be a little more...

    3 Questions ???

It's an 81-82 year motor, in the tech section at the top of the page there is a chart that will tell you this info. I can't answer your last two questions, I'm sure someone else can.

    Carb Q: Needle seat o-rings.

If it won't budge I would leave it unless you soaked the carb bodies in one of those carb dip cans. That stuff will eat o- rings and seals, some could have worked its way in and will loosen the o- ring seal over time.

    Carb Q: Needle seat o-rings.

The o-ring goes on the main nozzle. The brass tube in the center of the carb in your pic. , jiggle it a little if its loose pull it out and replace the o-ring, if its solid you can just leave it or if you really want to replace it jiggle it until it comes out.

    Carb Q: Needle seat o-rings.

The o-ring doesn't go in the side your showing. Pull the needle out from the float bowl side. Then replace the o-ring. It may not be necessary to replace the o-ring if the neddle is still tight in its socket. Hope this helps, I just finished rebuilding my 38's.
