Please help:confused: 81 xs650, I put the kick start back in, works fine until I put the crank case cover back on, kick start arm will go down but not return:confused: This only happens when the screws in the cover have been tightened.

Has anyone else had problems with them? Bad customerservice, they make the mistakes and want you to pay for it:wtf: Sent me the wrong jets and now will not responde to any of my e-mails. No phone number that I can find. Just venting.

Just finished asembeling the clutch, crank case and sator covers off. put the kick start arm on and pulled down on it just to see if i had it in right and it would not move. It will move when i have the clutch disassembled. Does the stator cover and the clutch lever worm gear have to be in...

Also when we put the clutch back together the kick start want move but if the clutch plate hub is off it will. any thought on this?

What about the 4 inner bolts? two of them have sleeves and two dont. I cant find a good clear diaram but it looks like the 4 inner bolts have o rings.

This is our first rebuild, bougt new gasket kit, started to put the cylinder head cover back on and not sure of where the o rings go. I have a good idea but there are 2 different sizes. one is very small about 1/4" dia. and the other os about 1/2" dia. do the four smallest ones go over the 4...

Looking for a set of carbs for my sons bike, he just bought an 82 boober project bike and when we opened the carbs, where the floats attach was broke off. this is new for us so price is a concearn. Also the points and auto advance assembly is missing. The bike is a 1982 xs650 Thnaks, Randy
