White smoke and popping right side. Help
White smoke comes at a steady rate after each pop while holding a steady high RPM in with no load. It also comes when revs drop from revving up. Help! Smoke out exhaust and carbon fouled plug.
My 79' xs BS38 carbs recently stopped running nicely after a trip via truck to northern california. I then found that one of the cylinders were not firing. Pulled the plugs and switched them and found that it was the plugs problem. I also noticed that the right plug was carbon fouled. I got new...- jchen
