I think you just told me what I need to know. My bike lives outside so it catches a lot of rain. I think I'll go with the bushings. The rust and dirt are what holds it together. Thanks.
Has anybdy used the swingarm bearing kit from mikes xs? What im trying to find out is if it is worth converting and if there are any other parts needed and if there is anything that i should know before i start. Thanks.
I ran mine without the bolt for a while out of pure laziness. The seat wore the paint off of of the tank leaving bare metal. However, I spend more time on my bike than most, since it is my primary mode of transportation.
Somebody gave me these ammo boxes. I used 1" angle iron to mount them, using the shock mounting stud and the grabbar mounting hole. i have laid it down at low speed with the only damaging being a broken mounting bolt. I could have bought cheap saddle bags for what i spent to mount them, but they...
