Haha that's what I get for not doing thorough research before posting. Seriously figured it out right after hitting the post button ! They had them in the electrical section at Home Depot for $2, just for anyone's future reference. Work great for mounting a single under the tank :)

That's a good point , I don't believe there is, I modified a chopper diagram and they had it on there... Perhaps it is grounded through the mounting somehow and that is the implication of that wire.
