Can't find pg # 31 in Carb Section?

So can I just remove the float bowl and have access to the passage without removing entire carburator assembly? What link in Carb Guide Section has information, I could not find exact link?

What size MM carburators are on a 1981 Yamaha XS650 Special II? I think the 1970-1971 XS650 had larger carburators, but the 1972-1984 had different size? my email: dufflebag51@aol.com
