Not to totally put a wrench in your spokes but my Miller DialArc HF 300 is currently running on 220v with a 110v plug in the front of the welder for the water pump for the cooler. Its prewired to switch on the cooler pump when the machine is powered up. Not sure if yours has one as well but...
