my custom rewind rotor that I received yesterday reads 4.6 ohm. I was told that they purposely wire these hot (which degreases ohm reading) to allow the charging system to work at a lower RPM... idk if this is just a bunch of bs or not.. But thats the readying I got. Any thoughts? BTW - mine...

Ordered a rewound router from Kirk at Custom Rewind. Really nice guy to talk to on the phone. Said their rotors run 4.6ohm since they are wrapped heavier than stock to charge a little lower rpm. lets hope so. will let you know how this all pans out.
