For a resto project, does anyone have color code(s)/specs to duplicate the OEM connamon brown paint color?

BS 38's on a 1974 TX 650. Carbs were sent off for cleaning and the right carb came back with one of the carb boss plugs missing (side facing other carb) (see photos). Any ideas how to fix this, or where to fab/get proper part? Thanks
