Was just a bad plug, done the cam chain adjustment and valve clearances and she sounds lovely, drove her for the past few days with no issues, thanks all :)

Cam Chain Adjustmen:I set to TDC, adjusted till nut was flush with the pin but when i turn her over she moves more than 1-2mm and she protrudes?????

are you using the choke on start up? dose it stop smoking when knock the choke off?

Cheers Paul. when adjusting the chain tensioner, dose tightening the 10mm nut tighten the camchain or vice versa??

Thanks weekendrider, update:today put in new plugs and she is fine, haven't taken her for another run yet will do this weekend, fingers crossed :thumbsup:
