    ya ive been experimenting with that and im getting closer just got little bit more and i should be right there, would there be something wrong thats causing them to have to be gapper differently or is that just how it usually goes

    ok an update today i took the rotor off from the alternator assembly and the key is there and intact so i guess that can be knocked off the list of possibilities
