Ok guys. Here's the deal. Bike is fixed and running great. I had to go up 2 sizes on the mains and bench sync the carbs. Way way off. Now the bike hits 70 and still pulls strong.

What jet sizes are you recommending? I jetted based on the carb guide.

Stock 77 motor. Xs charge pma and pamco. Run off capacitor. All electrical works fine. Has one headlight one taillight and a kill switch.

Don't have a tach. It's on my chopper. I only have a speedo. 34mm carbs with pods and custom pipes.

Carbs are synced to however they were when I took them from the donor bike. And pods. What speeds should I be seeing? What's the best method to syncing the carbs?

Running 17-32 sprockets with a 130/90r16 tire. Is this normal to be running high rpm at that low of a speed? 55 in 5th gear doesn't seem right.

5th gear cruising speed. Mine seems to do like 55 tapped out.

I took this thing for about a 10 mile ride today and man was that thing fun to ride. Can't wait till tomorrow when I can go for a long cruise.

Got the carbs cleaned tonight and took the bike out for its maiden voyage. Runs awesome, shifts great and very comfortable to ride. Thanks for the tips guys.

I got called for work this afternoon. Damn railroad. So I didn't get a chance to look into it any deeper. I'll get back to you tomorrow with my results.
