So... with some more investigation and deeper digging on my carb/fuel spill problem, I found the issues. Apparently the PO had done a float test on all 4 floats he had at once, and marked the 2 that were leaking. Turns out he mixed 1 up, because I got the float off and tested them on my carbs...
