Yea, I noticed that but I think you have to pay for services rendered there. Do it yourself and it really only costs a little time and the fees to VT

VT doesn't actually require a title for bikes over 15 years old. Basically you fill out some paperwork, get the VIN verified, send a check in with the paperwork and in 2-3 weeks you'll get a plate and registration card in the mail. That registration card can be taken to a DMV or titling office...

Bought this from someone and needs more love than I can put into it. The guy used a flux core welder to attach the hard tail and it seems to be straight, but the welds are sloppy and need to be fixed. The previous owner also chopped the neck in order to put a Harley conversion in for a springer...
