That bike has a lot of potential. I see leaving the paint the way it is and have a perfect rat bike. That is what I call a classic patina. But the forks look messed up, may need some new parts. :thumbsup:

I don't think it matters if the master cylinder is not level. Its a sealed system so the fluid stays in. Also its off center on most new bikes. Most of the time you have to turn the front wheel to get the bars level to check fluid level.
