Took some time away from the 650 (love affair with my DYNA!) I finally sorted out the rear fender/clearance with the 31 tooth sprocket!
Next is rewire the harness (I'm picky lol), get the HHB charging system wired in. And hopefully fire her up this summer.

I was told the spoke hub is the rite year.
And I'm aware of the 3-4 different hub and caliper sizes. The caliper and brake all lines up bang on when on the forks.

I thought (I know lol) 77' didnt line up with 78/79 hub/brakes. But those numbers jive!

To start I have a 78"
I started with a stock 19" mag, and now have a 19". Same years, caliper and brake all line up perfect.
That said, the bolts for the caliper (off of the mag wheel) are too long.
Does anyone know what the proper bolt size (more important length) is for a 78-79 fron spoke...

For for my build, my frame (78' XS650) started off with disk rear for brakes. I now have a switched to drum (I have a drum swing arm.) I am now left with the ugly rear master cylinder mounts (see picture.)
So my question to the guru's is;
Are the Rear Brake Master Cylinder mounts...
