lol well they didn't let me race my bike forgot i took the kill switch off gota put one back on lol but i raced speedway and made it on to a team so now im racing speedway this year lol

so tried to fix starter by replacing it today it spins now put it all back together i can hear it spinning but nothing happens it seems like theres not even a lode on it any ideas?

got one wasn't very far off the right cylinder is spot on but my other one is like on the tdc mark and i cant rotate the points anymore
