hey anything too help. yea they aftermarket. still got my org and they measure 61 on clutch and 45 on throttle.did the build last year so iam not sure why i got the clutch cable , think it was cause they suggested them .

hey just measured them clutch 59in throttle 53in fronk brake hose 45in now these could be off a inch or two either way ,iam sure i got the clutch and throttle from tcbro , just call them. i told em what i needed, they even weld my hardtail on that i got from em

hell yea i luv my apes . got them from tc bros too. and the cables, now the fronk brake hose is off a honda three wheeler . it was either a 250r or a 350 , it had the gold rims if that helps u

i have the tc bro hardtail and dont use a tensioner.chain runs fine without one

dude those tires sux they call them cheap asz tires in all the bike shops here . mine only lasted 3,000 miles and that was daliy driven to work and back. that was normal old man driven .

got enough bought parts on it now . its time to build some, and it was cheap the bracket came off an old fish cooker, and the headlight came off a real tractor. and the number one reason it was fun hahahahahahha:bike:

i did shorten it and change the lights around some . post photos soon as the paint drys and the storm blows over . moved it almost 4 inches closer to bike .

i need a head light so i got these out of my girlfriends barn cleaned them up put 12v bulbs in and started fabing the mount . it does stick out to far, gonna cut 3 to 4 inches off so i can move it back closer to the bike:bike:

o hell yea i like it ,:bike: i used a fuel door off a car for the battery tray and a leather belt to hold it down .:thumbsup:

ok bike runs great , clutch is good with new clutches, but i still cant get it in neutral with it running , when i turn it off i can get it there but its real hard . its like i have a real close shift pattern, is the shifter rod wore out or the linkage on the shift rod. :banghead:

once u get the tires off the bike i let the air out and use a razor knife to cut the tire off along the rim. then use a side grinder to cut the bead off . just becarefull not to damage the rim. get new tires and tubes and they go on pretty easy. using a little soapy water

not sure bout the coil but i would bolt it up and see . what key switches yall using , i had a universal and had it wire wrong . bike turned over but would not fire, and yes the plugs could be bad . they cheap too so get knew ones just to be sure

is the on /off switch on??? does it work ??? i have an 82 and only have two wires goin to my coil. some times its the simple things ,like bad connections. do u have any power to lights on speedo.kick stand switch could be bad also ????:shrug: heres the tc bros on iam using also only have tail...
