The tach runs off your oil pump. So if your machancil tach stops working your oil pump could be gone too. Nice to know if that happens but what's the likely hood of your oil pump failing?

I have made an xs engine stand with car engine stand. I can rotate the engine upside down to work on the lower half or even have it on the side for putting the clutch assembly back together. The best thing is I can wheel it out to work on and then wheel it away.
