Yes it will. I bought their $30 a couple weeks ago. Comes with various adapters for different plug sizes. If it doesn't, you can pull a plug, cover the hole with your thumb and kick the engine over. Not super accurate but it'll at least tell you something.

Clean title that matches the frame? Got spark? Got compression? I'd say if I saw this pop up on Craigslist for $500 - $1000 and I had a bit of extra cash lying around I'd seriously consider it.
