My bikes sat out in the rain with cover on it. It’s been rainy for days and we’ve some localised flooding and standing water on the road. I’ve no idea how old those Avon’s (Avon - means river) are either so it’s going nowhere. F.

Lol! The rock behind me is millstone grit. It’s on Bamford edge near Sheffield. On weekends it’s a playground for rock climbers. 200 years ago the rock was worked here for producing millstones for making flour

Most kind Dave, surprisingly despite the palm and style of house (a quarry mans cottage built around 1790 the basement being where the whole street brewed and drank their beer) I’m in North Yorkshire close to the West Yorkshire border. F.
