Points/condenser with a single input dual output coil

I've done some searching around and saw people say that when running points with a single coil you don't need to wire both condensers, just one and forget the other. So bassicaly wire both points leads to a single condenser and then wire that to the coil, I'm using a Harley single input/dual...

    Headphones

I have looked into them but a bit pricy for what I want and I currently don't have a fullface helmet. Only have a half and 3/4 for now.

    Stripped threads

Thanks guys, totally forgot about helicoils haha. But is the hole suppose to go all the way through like that?? I was under the impression I shouldn't see daylight at the end of that hole.

    Stripped threads

I think it's safe to say that's not stock. Bolt on the clutch side housing right under the Kickstarter assembly. The bolt that was there, measuring 35mm from bottom of the head to tip of thread, stripped out on me when I tried to put the housing back on. If I grab one of the longer bolts from...

    Headphones

Sometimes on long rides I like to have headphones on. But the earbuds under my helmet hurt my ears after a while. Not to mention it can be a real pain to get everything in place and comfortable. I had a though of those bone conductive headphones? Any of you fine folks have any experience with...

A piston stop you can build for about $2. Find TDC, Timing.

I'm debating now if I try taking it in and out between sides or if I try grinding down my bolt to make it smaller and clear the valves.

A piston stop you can build for about $2. Find TDC, Timing.

So let me get this straight, the only thing holding the bolt from falling in is the head on the bolt cause it's not threaded inside the spark plugs?? I tried making one like Jim but I don't have a welder (yet... ) So I used JB weld and was having concerns about valve clearance.

    Rotor timing 180 off

So the winding is wraped in this cloth like stuff. Ohm reading is 4.5 - 4.8 so I think that's good. Also inside my stator is kinda grimy, not sure if that should be cleaned out or not. There's also a pic of the old stator, PO had replaced it cause he told me it wasn't charging. Thanks for...

    Rotor timing 180 off

Is there an obvious sign I can look for that will tell me if my rotor has been rewound? My goal was to get everything running well and eventually swap to a pma electronic ignition.

    Rotor timing 180 off

Well Jim I just picked up the bike not too long ago, month or two at this point and previous owner was a bit of a p-t bike builder for friends and long story short put this together for his buddy as a first bike. Terrible idea to have a chopper as a first bike but to each their own. He told me...

    Rotor timing 180 off

Hey everyone, trying to get this thing figured out. It seems as tho my rotor is 180off from where it should be. I pulled the rotor, key is still there but when the Piston reaches TDC (+/- what I can see by eye) the mark is around 10 o'clock. I don't know how/what/why to fix this. Any ideas are...
