I pulled the head off and looking to get any input from on what you all think. I see the ware marks from the cam but they feel smooth, no flat spots that I can feel. What do you think, see any problem?

Found this after pulling off my clutch cover. Is it the clip that goes at the end of the kick start shaft? I did pull that out by accident removing the cover. I have the Clymer manual and it looks like one piece in the manual. Did I break it.

I hope this is a easy fix, probably not. I'm trying to remove the tack cable from the right cover, the collar just spins. Is there a trick to this, if I pull the case can I sort this from the inside or do I need to remove the tack cable to remove the right cover?
