And, horn fixed. Just had to order a new button. Old one was covered with build up then it broke when we took it out. AND, because she's no longer broken, getting new sneakers fitted tomorrow. All set for spring!

Thanks XSLeo, I'll get on that today after I finish basking in the glow of having repaired *most* of the electrical problems. I only use the horn to talk to the local cows anyhow.... (Insert cow emoji here)

Awesome advice and, no, the stupid neutral light was not on. So cleaned that thing up and YEE-HAW - it's charging, starts with button, runs! I'll throw the new relay into the spare parts bucket. 29 Sep we broke down with electrical problems - it's 4 Dec. Seems so simple and obvious, looking...

If the new relay doesn't solve things, I'll have a beer and move on toward either/both the neutral switch and/or clutch switch.

Found it - starter circuit cutoff relay appears to be bad.... Jumped across it and had electric start. Still no horn but that could be a separate problem I suppose.

The ground wire on the horn side looks good, clean and intact. Followed into headlight bucket where all bullet connectors seem tight fitting and clean and where they meet the main harness ground looks good as well. Signal light grounds look good and ground clips on both sides appear to be...

Funny story, same as first story. Only fuse hot all the time is the one labeled headlight. Can't get anything on ignition. With key, have power on fuses labeled main and signal. It's really jacked and same as first

Yup, nothing changed. We actually split the new harness to look in there and nothing was adding up. Although, instead of a splice, there was a connector. Also were two loose/disconnected wires. But, when we reconnected, didn't get better. I felt a little less stupid.
