Hey chopit, let's get together sometime. Im done riding for this season, I'm tearing down my motor now to rebuild it and add some high performance mods.

I know 650skull, sounds stupid right? I'm defiantly working on being more patient when it comes to carb work and mechanics. It boils down to me just not havering the knowledge and I get impatient and frustrated but this forum has helped me out tremendously!

Yeah, I'll will be modifying the neck gusset this winter. This is my first build and I have learned a lot of do's and dont's. I'm not sure why he adjusted the carbs the way he did but it runs pretty darn good after he spent a little time on it.

Montana is a little far, but I bet there's some pretty cool ridding over there. I have a 1979 XS650. I just picked up a 1981 XS650, that's my next chop. Not sure exactly what it's gonna be but my wife insists there's a spot for her. :thumbsup:
