Update; I checked with a machine shop about correcting the runout on these two aftermarket flywheels. I was told it would cost more to true them than what they are worth. I emailed Hugh's Handbuilts to see if they have any experience/feedback/thoughts on the runout/balance of these aftermarket...

I bolted on another XS Charge flywheel (one from a complete kit), and the runout was noticeably less, even though by all appearances the two flywheels are identical. I hope to get a dial indicator soon so I can get real readings for comparison. I also may check to see if any shops around here...
