Yes. Rim spoke hub, bearings and rotor.

It's in pretty good condition . Can't barley see any flaws, but you can feel it. Needs a good polish . No bends no rash. Bearings spin free. I believe they are 3/4 . It has a decent rotor to go with it if you want it. $80

Ddaannngg thats serious stuff!! The wheels is a front 21 with a rotor. It looks just like the wheel pictured. I'll sell it if you want it.

Im in the process of figuring out how I'm going to run the wheels. As of now I have ordered new custom bearings. I'll post pics when that and my new tank arrives.

Yes get a welder!!! But I wouldn't take a class. Just practice a lot..get some basic knowledge on how set it up.

Ha yeah Ive been too lazy to go out and actually look at them. I know the belt drive won't work at all. That damn pulley is huge!
