The cam and the crank were both re-phased by Hugh. I'm going start comparing parts tonight, I'll let you guys know what I come up with.

I set the them at TDC on the compression stroke via the manual. It's also been re-phased to 277, so I did the procedure for each cylinder at TDC. So basically worst situation possible ;-)....
