My wife has a Silouette which is the same thing and it works great. I've made a few with it.

The issues that my friend ran into was with oil blends. It would burn conventional oil just fine. Then he tried full synthic oil and it wouldn't burn correctly and clogged the jets in the furnace. And since that's what he has the most of he has since switched it bag to fuel oil.

Thanks for all the tips guys. I found the gasket set on amazon and saved $25. I ordered the front cam chain guide and chain from Boat.net and the rest from Mikes. My bike has only been torn apart for 2 years. I've been busy with kids and work. I'm really looking forward to getting it back together.

I completely forgot about boats.net thanks. Do you guys usually replace your cam chain tensioner assembly? Mine has wear but doesn't look to bad.

The engine was running strong when I took it out. The cam chain guide was falling apart. When I take it to my friend shop he is going to check the cylinders. If it needs a bore it's going to 700cc. Thanks Twomany. I've been trying to find an oem slipper but I can't.

I'm just making sure that I haven't forgot anything. I'm going to make an order on friday. I'm going to buy a gasket set on ebay and save $20 and I already have new rings. What do you guys think?

A friend of mine built a stand similar to this one for rebuilding MX engines. It works very well. It allow him to spin it upside down and redo top ends.

A friend of mine is turning an old fuel oil furnace into a waste oil burner. He found a dvd online that tells you how to do it. The biggest thing that he has found out is you need to heat the oil before you burn it. If i make it up to his shop I'll try and get some pictures of his setup.
