Points will be 6 ohms and electronic is 3 ohms. The only difference is the voltage and as long as both coils match for each cylinder, you are fine.

They should fit, but there are better tire choices for you. Dunlops handle like shit. I would personally run Avon Venoms. Even Kendas are better that dunlops.
