Hi, I shaped the foam on my seat using a flap disk on an angle grinder. Take your time the foam disappears quick and makes a mess but you can make nice smooth curves

Just to add, I read here that a lot of riders have a hot and cold setting, mine's the same after about 10 mins need to wind out the cable adjuster to take up slack or else you'll never find neutral!!!!

One thing you want to consider is that Boyer's are very volt sensitive, drop below 10v ands you are in trouble. I think that when voltage drops the ignition advances. Do you have your charging system and battery in good shape?
