Dose the safety relay have any thing to do with the chargeing system and since my problem started my headlamp dose not come on when the bike is running anymore unless I switch it on?

Can someone tell me , the wires that come from the rotar that join the voltage regulator and rectifier should the block terminal get hot.?

Would realy like to keep the wheels but is there another bike with the same style of wheel that would take a fatter tyre ?
